Serving on Peak City's Frontline team gives you the opportunity to create an incredible guest experience for every person who attends our church. Our Frontline team communicates the very first message to every guest as they arrive. Welcome Home! From the parking lot to the auditorium, they introduce guests to a church that people love to attend.
Frontline consists of six main service areas:
Greeters: Our Greeters make guests feel valued by offering a sincere welcome, a friendly presence, and a warm goodbye.
Guest Services: Our Guest Services Team assists our guests by answering questions, providing clear information and helping them to reach their desired destination.
Ushers: Ushers give our guests a warm and friendly greeting while directing them to open seating. Ushers also assist with recieveing the offering and other worship elements.
Park Team: The Park Team is the first connection guests have with Peak City Church. Team members welcome guests, help direct cars in the parking lot, and go the extra mile by directing first time guests to priority parking.
First Time Guest Hosts: First Time Guest Hosts walk guests from the parking lot to the building. They welcome new guests, help families get their kids registered for kid's church, answer questions, and help people find their way to a great seat in the auditorium.
Logistics. These are the men and women transform the Halle into an amazing worship experience! They are the first on site helping unload and set up all the church's equipment. After the second celebration, they break-down and load equipment out.
